LOGIN - RE-SET PASSWORD

If you cannot recall your password please complete the security details below to confirm your identity as follows:

a. enter your username

b. select your security question (as selected on registration)

c. enter the answer to your security question (as per registration)

Once you have completed the security details click the submit button and your new password will be set-up on the system and emailed directly to the email address that you have currently registered with IRIS.

Note: This automated method for re-setting password allows for complete security as requests are only actioned on proof of identity and emails will ONLY be sent to the current email address (on the IRIS database) of the specific user that the request relates to.

IRIS will NOT release or re-set passwords in any other manner unless proof of identity of the account holder can be provided.
