A: Please contact us and we will email you a link to download the software

Q2: When I try to download your software, the page goes blank or disappears?
A: This may be due to a pop up blocker you have in place. Please turn off your pop up blocker or alternatively you should press the 'Control' and 'Alt' keys together whilst also clicking on the link to download the backup software.
