UPDATING YOUR USER/CONTACT DETAILS

To get the most out of the Customer Login area, if you ever change your email address, or wish for your confirmation/billing emails to go to a different address, Login to the Customer Login area and in there you can easily update any of your registration details.

In addition, the Customer Login area allows you to easily:

  • Download the backup software on to a 2nd machine
  • Download the backup software on to a new machine if your old one has been lost, stolen or crashed
  • Take out or update your technical support contract
  • Update your card details with WorldPay
  • See how much storage you are backing up
