SYSTEM E-MAILS
We send you 2 types of emails
- Backup Confirmation
- Restore Confirmation
The backup and restore confirmation emails are on by default and will be sent to you as soon as a scheduled or manual backup or restore has taken place. This email will confirm whether the backup or restore carried out was successful and will also provide additional information (i.e. how much data was backed up and how near your limit you are).
If you switch off your backup confirmation email (int he options menu of the software), this will be overridden in case of a backup being unsuccesful.
The email confirmation that is received when a file has been restored is on by default. If you wish to stop this e-mail being sent, tick the e-mail confirmation box at the bottom of the restore screen.
Note: To ensure you receive emails from us make sure your Spam Filter (if you are using one) is set to receive email from us.
